I have had horrible customer service here this week. One person says one thing...someone else says another. Can't get a straight answer about anything from Verizon!
I finally had someone explain my bill in great detail so I could understand the changes. His name was Khiry, he was not only sexy but very good at what he does!!! Thank you!!!
Oh, they were pleasant. But then they couldn't give me the price I'd been quoted on their website. Said they had no authority to change the price in their tablets. Really? I bet. So I got home and wrote to their executives- got a response first thing this morning.
