This evening I came into the store and I was helped by a gal named sammi. I have to say she was the most incredible Verizon worker I have ever been helped by.. I had a very crabby 2 year old and sammi was very compassionate and understanding. She played with my daughter while helping me, got her a sucker, gave her water, got her coloring books and sat with her while I grabbed my ID from my truck. She could tell I was at my wits end. The people were friendly and helpful ,but I don't like my new phone ,it is slower than my old one :(
