Terrible customer service, came in the last two days; first to replace my phone that shattered at waist level on linoleum in a $60 case. Talking I was told my year old model is no longer being made, insurance I've been paying did nothing. New phone I was promised was going to back up everything on my last phone, I'm still missing over 1000 photos including very personal ones like wedding photos. Horrible experience. Was a sprint customer for 18 years, switched 3 months ago and turns out the sales guy in the Mankato store did a bait and switch with everything from our iPhones to the assurion insurance. It was so bad that Verizon customer service sent me $600 in rebates due to what the sales guy “sold us” and couldn’t deliver. We also bought the insurance for up to 10 phones and it only covers three...for the lifetime of those 3 numbers! HORRIBLE customer service! left store after they refused to give us a new phone because the one they sold us was bad. called Verizon told them what happened and what issues were and with no hesitation they replace the phone with a guaranteed brand new phone not a refurbished one. NEVER again we shop at that store!
Austin was great! I came in because my phone screen started acting crazy. I was out of there in 15 minutes after getting a replacement phone ordered with no hassle whatsovever.
My son and daughter-in-law gave me a beautiful, expensive iPhone case for Mother’s Day. I have an iPhone 6 and the case was labeled for a 7 or 8. A man at Verizon assured my son the case would fit my phone. I got it on, but the new case covered up the camera lens. Because it had been a little over two weeks since they bought this case, Verizon wouldn’t accept it back and give their money back. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? Really smells, in my book.
