I am very disappointed in one of the sales people in particular. She is very rude, very unprofessional and should not be working with the public at all. Two different occasions I went in to buy a phone and was treated with the most disrespect I have ever seen by the same person. I had to walk out to keep my cool.

If you do not use Verizon and get a bill from them don't even try to help them just call a lawyer.

be careful with verizon, they are getting bad at service. went to the store in eatonton to get a simple upgrade and two months later my bill increased 40.00 a month. been a loyal customer for 10 years but they had rather pay their employees commissions to screw people over. be careful

My apple I-phone cuts in and out so much I wind up Michelle's I-Phone or her work Blackberry to talk. Verizon staff looked at my phone and told us to do a software download. We did it but my phone is actually worse. Verizon is crap! You have to wait forever. By the time it is your time to upgrade nothing works. They have to control this to ensure you need a new phone. I do not like Verizon!
