The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Might switch from Verizon. Won’t be back!

It's disappointing to learn that we have not been living up to our high standards for customer service. There is one customer service/sales rep that is very rude. They don’t see you in the order you’ve come in. Also if you’re not purchasing anything they act like you don’t exist.
These poor people know me by name I've been in so many times! Always helpful and nice.

I bought an iPad and was in and out in less than 30 minutes (and I asked tons of questions) Kendrick was awesome and very patient!!!!
I was treated so rude in this store today, when I went in to purchase a phone cover only. The lady that waited on kept saying you have to purchase a screen savor. I told her, I have a phone purse new of course to put it in. You have to and I said , no I don't, I take care of my things and have a protection plan. She got mean. This is the first time this has happened and will be the last. I am calling the district manager and regional manager.
over usage and been charged for a tablet that I have not had for a year, they called customer service and I spoke to laura and she gave me a credit of 3 months, she needed to speak to a manager and they never gave me one for her to talk to, told her I would go across the street to AT & T. still want my other months I paid for tablet and disconnect it a year ago :(
I can honestly say that I have never been to a store with the sales people are so disrespectful to their customers. While I was their yesterday I watched a salesperson openly mock a customer who was obese while her back was turned. On top of all that the sales people will always try to sell you extra things that you don't need (Phone Cases, Phone covers, and chargers that you can buy on Amazon for way cheaper then what they are selling) and when you tell them that you don't want any of the extra stuff they talk to you like y... read more
