Unfortunately the staff/employees does not even know, what they are selling! "Rude, arrogant" these words are not enough to describe them ! I would rather give them higher credit:- 1. ILLITERATE ( who has zero knowledge about their products, what they are selling. Confidently misguide their customer). 2. Forcing a mask to be worn, when your employee took her mask off so I could read her lips less than 2 feet away from me, therefore forcing the customer to wear one in order to enter the store is bull. I am deaf and masks do not help me any, I’m healthy and not sick and a mask is not going to stop transmission of something I DO NOT HAVE. Imagine if you acted this way over a flu. I needed a charger, because mine was stolen from me. You also can’t turn away a customer who doesn’t have to disclose why they don’t wear a mask.

They lie, tell you want thing then when you come in they treat you like your the idiot. very rude, disrespectful people work here
I just sat for 15 minutes in this location and a non version customer waiting to see if i could start a plan. Not one person even looked at me or asked if they could help me. 4 employees and 2 customers. worst customer service i have ever seen. I finally walked out i will never recommend anyone to this store!!!
I have had my phone for two months and already want to get rid of it. Terrible employees and service.

Parking and wait time for help is terrible. I see staff walking around not helping people, but going to their back room to hide out. Hire some people and teach them about customer service, not to ignore people, but to let them know someone will be with them soon! !!
