RecommendedThe customer service rep Chris was very helpful. I was checked in right away after arriving at the store. They were pretty busy so I expected to wait a little bit. I was suprised at how quickly my turn came. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I've been shopping at this Verizon store for several years now and will continue to do so in the future. Good job and keep up the good work.
I paid there insurance program over 8 dollars a month for 5 years....then was told a deductible of 150 to get replacement phone and was sent an out of date with no chance of upgrading. so I cancelled and now have spectrum for two phones including the phone cost per month we are saving sixty dollars a month. done

Boo! Terrible and deceptive advertising! Verizon has a new sale in buy one get one free on iPhone 8. Until you find out you can get this sale IF YOU ADD AN ADDITIONAL LINE! We have 4 phones on 2 tablets already. We don’t need another line! Horrible. We are going to switch carriers. We have been customers for 10 years! Talked to customer service for about 45 minutes only to be told, basically that they don’t really care about losing customers. Spread the word!
Do not shop here. They lie to get your business and charge you to get rid of it. The poorest customer service ever. Over 4 hours of my time to get rid of charges that were not mine and I still get calls from the collection department.
The sale guy Andrew is amazing!!! I'd give him a trillion stars if possible. He was so helpful and had a passion for his job. He will be the only Verizon worker I ever use!! Give this man a raise!! If he can talk me into a sale he's talented!!!!
