Please don't lie and tell me my phone is compatible with verizon and try to rig it to half way work and let me leave that way. Had to drive 30 mins each way 2x to get it fixed, and they really could have cared less. This was in Marion nc.
Its all about that commission. If they can't make a dollar then they aren't interested in helping. Buying anything from this retail store is sure to get you scammed. They'll tell you anything they need to, just to get that commission. Employees are judged based on how many accessories they sell, so expect to get those jammed down your throat while your there too.
