We only had to wait about 15 minutes or so to be waited on. Joshua was very nice, good customer service, and he stayed over a whole hour just to make sure everything was right with my niece new device.
Great experience upgrading my phone last night. Joshua stayed over almost 2 hours late to make sure all my photos and contacts were changed over. Great job!
I spent nearly an hour and a half tonight with my husband at Verizon and received customer service from David. He was EXTREMELY helpful, smart, knowledgeable, thorough, and could multi-task while I was chattering away asking him about this issue and that issue. He was wonderful. Thank you, David. This was my first great experience at Verizon. Verizon: David should be considered for a promotion!
They have a few nice employees, but this place is a joke overall. Absolutely no profesionalism for a company that is supposed to be the biggest phone provider. No one seems to know what they are doing, and they don't care if they mess up your plan, which happens far too often. They blame everything on customer service because they can't do anything themselves. They told us they messed up but still could not help us. Why is the store closed @ 4:50pm on a Thursday?
Came in to swap contacts. The girl said it would be 25 minutes, we have been here for 55minutes and just getting help! That is a big difference! Then when we asked the girl Whalen it was our turn and we have been here that long, she told us we have been here for 38 minutes, well unless time slowest down here I dont think so! Plus I made a call after I checked in and my log says 55minutes. I would never recommend this verizon. Do everything on line.
