We went in the store here a few weeks ago and purchased what we were told was a free phone and added a line to our business plan. Being we have a business plan we were told there were no activation fees. When we received our bill we found where they have added a device payment for a phone that was suppose to be free, charged us for the activation fee which was suppose to be free and a 170 months for the line. After waiting for 30 min and watching them help 3 people that just walked in I had enough and made it known as I left. All I need is a new SIM card. I upgraded last weekend and two days later my SIM card failed. This store is ridiculous, they don’t care about there job and don’t care if they do it in a timely manner. The store needs new staff!!
have tried calling the store numerous times and NEVER get an answer. if you go to the store the wait times are ridiculous.

Brinson Rucker was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and really let me take my time to decide whether or not I wanted to upgrade. We had actual conversations about the phones I was looking at and understood my hesitation. I will be returning for any help that I may need in the future.
Apparently the sales associates are taught the old bait-and-switch game. Verizon says they must have been confused but do nothing!
