Sat docked for an hour before they said they didn’t have ANY of the product for my load. You couldn’t have figured that out sooner? Like, in the 20-ish hours that passed since you booked it you really couldn’t figure out you didn’t have the product on hand to ship out? How did it get booked with no product to send? Is your inventory management that bad? Not sure where the good reviews came from about this place. Also it’s Wavepoint now, not Veritive.

Showed up (after calling) 25 hours early. Got a door in 20 minutes and got loaded in 30 minutes. Super fast and very friendly.
