Came in a couple days ago for laser hair removal and had a wonderful experience! I have a bundle of sessions left from my Groupon! I'm not sure why others seem impatient when trying to make appointments? Each time I called i was answered promptly, maybe they called while the worker was with a patient? Either way, I had a nice experience in the same time frame as another 1 star review that suspiciously has not reviewed anything else on that account...
This is quite truly one of the worst experiences I've had with a business in years, and it is only because there is absolutely no recourse for even a PARTIAL refund that I am finishing out the terms of my service there, because it was very much a non-insignificant portion of my income that I had saved up for a while to treat myself.
