Over the past year or so, we've become fans of Veritas for life! Between Mathis and and his team's cooking/presentation skills, David and Stephanie's just-right hospitality, interesting cocktails, and of course, the wine - this place is our favorite restaurant. My husband and I just enjoyed the best meal of our lives! The ingredients, seasoning and execution of every dish we tried was flawless. We had the goat cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped prunes, a smoke on ice cocktail, an old fashioned cocktail, the pan roasted chicken with butternut squash spinach and fried grits, the ribeye with beet purée, the chocolate cookie pan and the Thai tea custard.
