Veris is the worst management out there. Our building has taken a drastic turn for the worst after they came in. Also there is zero accountability on their part. Building has water shut offs, hot water issues, constant drilling, construction, appliances don’t work well and what not and Veris just goes about Business as usual and increases rent without any compensation or consideration. Nothing has changed. Elevators are dropping floors. Also sink clogged and concierge was super rude. Please please don’t lease here.
Do not move into any building managed by this company, they are a total nightmare. We were under a great management until they changed hands with Veris. It was made very apparent from the start that they were not interested in their tenants. Any concerns voiced would be ignored and to make matters worse, they told the concierges that if anyone wanted to see the manager, he was unavailable! (As were the other staff!).
