If you live in NY and need to be re certified DO NOT use Veriheal! They are way over priced even when you're a return client. I called and questioned it and was told I could cancel for $39, rip off.
5 plus calls after a “medical approval” and my med card was cancelled… have been using the service for 12 years and NEVER AGAIN. Horrible argumentative customer service and still no med card despite approval for doctor. He has refused to upload the approval to the Illinois government website. Don’t waste your money.
Very easy to get an appointment. The doctors are professional you can get an appointment as early as a week thank you so much veriheal.
I have used this company for 4 years. Never again I set up appointment with a doctor and I had questions like wen will you be sending my recommendations. Doctor said oh I don't do that. And that was the time I stated sir did you just rip me off. So I filled out a complaint and was told yes you were not getting a refund or recommendation. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO not use this service not what it use to be. ScAM SCAMMED agh 100 bucks gone. Scam SCAMMED
If you are reading this, please beware. My experience with this company left me convinced this is a scam. They move you through the channels VERY quickly to catch you off guard. They will tell you that you can get a refund if you cancel your appointment or are not approved but they will keep a portion. If you decide to work with them, SLOW DOWN.
