RecommendedRecently joined Verifit following a recommendation from and friend and so far love it. It’s been a while since I trained like this but Keith watches, monitors and modifies the sets to ensure form is good. Plus he’s high energy and motivated to keep you going!
I love everything about this club; the owners are probably more qualified and certified than any other fitness coaches in the Southeast!! They train you to reach a fitness level you never thought you could through a methodical and a scientific approach, and they also provide nutritional guidance. BTW, I think their one hour class burns more than 1000 calories!!!!!!!!
