The new management has been amazing. They are always available to assist you with your needs, consistent maintenance and over all has really turned this community around.
I would say the maintenance people is super friendly and they go above and beyond with my needs! They often come with bright smiles and positive attitude. They will listen to the concerns of mine and proceed with solutions, always. I couldn’t ask for better maintenance people!
In spite of the reviews, I love it out here I have a beautiful townhome And the maintenance Man, Don is great. He completes all my orders in a timely fashion. I also like the management as well. Chris is very good. He always helps me with any situation as well as Deborah. The pool has recently been open and I absolutely love it since the kids have gone back to school I get to have the pool by myself in the morning.
