I Currently live here now and I hate it , the management is always in and out with new staff so nobody knows what’s ever going on. Your rent will always fluctuate from month to month with the water/sewer included about 70-80 bucks. So don’t believe the price they told you .They will have your car towed for any little thing such as expire tag , oil leak, or even a flat tire. Which I feel is none of their damn business ! The tow people will charge you 300/450 on the head for a one day tow fee which is quite ridiculous. (COLES ... read more

Great location, staff and prices on point! A must see property
Great place. Had a problem with a check that kept clearing and in no time flat it was fixed. Tina, Caroline, and Andrew do what they must to make their residents happy and also come and mingle with everyone down by the pool. Recommend highly
The property manager of this property, Tina Blanton goes above and beyond for her residents and her staff. In my years of apartment living, I have never come across a more dedicated individual. I'll be at the Veridian as long as she's there!
