Both Kelly and the Dr. communicated with me clearly and specifically; I chose this practice, not because I had been treated poorly by my previous dentist and staff, but because I was looking for an up-grade in all regards. Just Awesome! I used to be amazed but now it is something I have grown to expect: world-class dentistry and flawless customer service. It begins the moment you walk into the waiting room. It is immaculate and stocked with waters, coffee, tea and current magazines. I am always greeted on a first name basis and conversation about what is going on in my life because they care about me. Dr. Matt and Team are great. I had a dental emergency and needed prompt care. They were able to fit me into their tight schedule, access my issue, resolve the problem and get me back to work while all the while providing First Class high quality dental care. It was as good as a dental experience can be. I will be back for my routine checkups for sure. Thanks!
