I've been treated by scores of dentists in my 68 years. I have been treated by good dentists, average dentists and bad dentists in the US, Germany and in the military. When I moved to Carbondale 25 years ago a friend referred me to Dr. Covello and I knew immediately I was working with a truly gifted man. It is hard for me to find a dentist that I like/trust. I have gone here three different times already for three different things, and I really like it here. They work with your times and are extremely friendly!

I always have a "pleasant" experience considering that I am one of those people who dreads & avoids trips to the dentist. Everyone from the front desk through teeth cleaning and ultimately actual dental work treats me like I am a valued patient. They try to keep me in the loop as to what is happening which helps lower blind fear. as I have said directly to them I would prefer if "Laughing gas" was an option. However I go to these Drs. because they are careful & accountable even if I can't have gas.
The services provided by the clinic of Drs Verheul and Covello are of the utmost professional and customer centered kind. All staff members are very learned and able to explain all the details of the procedures, while performing them, in a way that's clearly understandable. My hats off to an organization that truly puts the customer first. Respectfully submitted
