When you decide to discontinue dinner service you owe people with reservations notice! I was so embarrassed last night to arrive with my boss and her husband for a 6:45 confirmed reservation and find you closed.
The food is amazing, presentation and selection was wonderful. The attentive and friendly waitstaff take pride in the restaurant. A truly enjoyable dining experience.
Amazing meal, the filet I had was absolutely phenomenal, and my Husbands scallops were delicious. I love that tip and taxes are included in the price so you know exactly how much everything is going to cost.
After many months of waiting to return after the change in ownership, we were so pleased to discover that Vergennes Laundry has remained a terrific place to come for a meal. We did the three course option and each dish was solidly delicious. Loved the winter menu and the fact that it’s a no tipping restaurant (which hopefully translates into a living wage for employees). Would love to see a cocktail menu but the wine and beer options were plentiful. Can’t wait to go back for breakfast or lunch!

Love love love this place! Amazing food in an intimate setting, offering the BEST of Vermont. Warm, friendly staff and one of the most talented chefs you will find. I travel quite a bit and this is one of my favorite places anywhere. This place is must for a great meal and dining experience.
