1 star I pay for a reserved parking spot that is clearly listed in my lease and that I have rented for YEARS, yet someone repeatedly parks in it with zero consequences. When this happened most recently, the towing company listed by the complex did not answer, and when I went to the office for help, the office lady handled the situation extremely poorly. This is my third time renewing here and I’m planning on satying as much God gives me life.
I have lived here at this property for over 4 years and the new administration has done phenomenal!! Every time I request a work orden the service is quick and efficient. I do recommend this place.
