Super nice renovated apartments. I love the location near tons of shopping and dining. The grounds are always clean and the staff does a great job making District at Midtown feel like home.
It’s unbelievable how the office hasn’t done anything about the apartment 2084 building 2 about the dogs. It’s smells really bad near the porch and almost all day those dogs cry in their cage. Irresponsible owner. Don’t have dogs if you’re going to leave them 3-4 days at home with no care.
First off? I would like to say these are one of the finest , cleanest and most professional apartments I have lived in . They are very attentive when are brought to their attention. The cleanliness is spectacular. I have lived in many apartments where there are bug infestations, and since I've been here, I have seen no roaches and or kinds of bug !!!! Lamentablemente, vivir en estos apartamentos ha sido una experiencia muy negativa. La administración, especialmente la manager, es sumamente poco profesional y nada accesible. En lugar de solucionar problemas, parece ignorarlos o incluso empeorarlos. Sandra is beyond amazing and has been beyond helpful and understanding. The property is very well maintained and quiet. I couldn’t have picked a better place to reside.
