Verdure Health Care sent letters to everyone in our condo in envelopes that only said “IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ.” Their company name was not shown anywhere on the outside. This made the letter look like an urgent notice from condo management or the government, when it was actually advertising. I found this misleading and inappropriate. Received this in the mail. This is a disgusting marketing practice and needs to be called out. You should not be sending an “important notice” to someone’s home when really it’s an ad. Shameful. Hopefully this changes moving forward. Edit: to spin this as a “legitimate” marketing notice and that it’s just not “relevant” to everyone is the only thing that’s not accurate. Verdure Health Care has been an absolute delight to deal with in a world of constrained health care services. We needed post surgical support for my 90 year old mom who lives alone and Verdure was able to send on very short notice a PSW who was a trained nurse to take care of her. We have now been using Verdure for over a month. They sent us kind, supportive and competent help, and provide clear and consistent communications and status updates on our loved one's condition. You could not ask for better than this.
Verdure Healthcare gave our family complete peace of mind. The caregiver was patient, compassionate, and treated my elderly mother with so much dignity and care. From daily support to companionship, the service was professional and reliable. We truly felt supported every step of the way.
