Not sure if it was because we ordered around 730 on a Sunday but picked up a to go order get all the way back home and no past with the shrimp scampi, bread was hard, and food was mediocre at best, first time trying this restaurant never will again
This was our Saturday dinner enjoyment every week for a number of years. At the bar for a Jack Rose or 2 and then in the dining room for Veal Verdile. Carol was the gracious hostess back then & the waiters were outstanding. Moved to Florida 11 years ago but definitely go to Verdile's each trip to NY. Definitely miss the delicious food and service.

Family meal deal is awesome! Chicken Parm was delicious!Plenty of leftovers! Dinner salad is the best around!
Verdile's is the best. Wait staff is always so accommodating, food is always terrific, and if you're not aware, their calamari is the best of any restaurant I've ever been to!!
Had a nice time with my grandson to celebrate his 21 birthday me and his mom were there and we all loved our food, but, the most outstanding part was our sweet waiter who is also Nick see you again Nick thats for sure
Went there for my brother in laws bady. Wife had chicken Picata, I had veal caccatorie. Kids had sketti and ball balls. The service was excellent as well as the food. The food I've also found is less expensive then area competition. There is a lunch menu with very reasonable prices. I would go back again and again. There was an excellent comped carrot cake for my brother in law and the waiter sand happy birthday. Very classy and an excellent time was had by all
Enjoyed the lasagna as always , the veal parmesan was a bit over cooked . Enjoy the atmosphere , been going there for rears
Best service, great food! I loved the homemade pasta and the carrot cake is crazy good. We will be back.
