Normally love Verdiles. Just had the worst dinner from Verdiles I've ever had. Meatballs were pink, alfredo wasn't creamy, scampi was just oil and spices. Pasta (fettuccini) itself was good as usual but everything else was terrible.
Best veal parm in the Capital District ! Add salad with blue cheese crumbles and their unbeatable cheesecake and you'll be going home with enough dinner for the next night 😂 Absolutely delicious with great service !
Ah, Verdiles...old school Italian restaurant that seems to be the last of its kind here in the Capital Region. This doesn't make Verdiles 'dated' but rather it has managed somehow to retain its great character! Do you like a dark bar reminiscent of a sultry scene from a 50's movie? The restaurant area is much the same complete with waiters serving in full black tux with bow tie! The varied menu is reasonably priced & food portions are large. I find it a very romantic quiet setting in that 'Bogie & Bergman'way. Enjoy!
Verdiles never disappoints, 3 excellent dinners last night, great service, excellent food , comfortable and enjoyable. looking forward to going back .
