Thank you, thank you and thank you. I was so stunned on how beautiful the arrangement was...it was so meaningful to the family with the Angel in the design, the most beautiful fresh flowers...you did an absolutely amazing work...will recommend you to everyone.
What i Ordered is not what i received. Such a Ripoff. The woman even mentioned she will refund a slight amount from my order because she did not give me what i ordered, but that NEVER HAPPENED. The Woman was very rude and had a very nasty attitude even over the phone. she lacked customer service etiquette. Though the delivery service was good. Be careful while placing order with this florist online, ensure you follow up with a call, before they rip you off your money.
Truly blown away by Verdi Florist. My family and I have used this flower shop many times and Hanka is just wonderful to work with. What I love most is that she is just so creative with her floral vision, you really don't need to say much - I gave a rough guideline and she does an even better job than I would ever ask for.
