The administrative staff is short and rude. I didn’t even get to see the doctor. Said I was 15 minutes late. My appointment was 1:30 and I arrived at 1:30, but they said I should have arrived at 1:15, so because the doctor was running 45 minutes late, they’d have to reschedule. The next appointment available is in a month. I’m not going back.

Dr. Verdi saved my life 4-16-20. I had been misdiagnosed by an ER as a GI issue weeks ago. I began having double vision and other items. He told me to go to the nearest hospital asap. I was extremely low on potassium. If it had not been for him and DePaul, and the EMT'S my outcome could have been a disaster. Thanks to everybody who was involved.

Dr Verdi is a very professional and personable Dr that spends time with his patients and is highly skilled in his field. He will not recommend treatments that are not needed just to make money. I completely trust him with my eye care needs. His staff is also very friendly and good at what they do
