I had dinner at Verde in Deer Park last night. The food that Chef James prepared was absolutely delicious. The presentation was fantastic. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. The price was also amazing. The only thing more amazing than the dining experience provided by Verde and the staff... was the beautiful woman whose company I had the pleasure of enjoying.... sorry she doesn't come with the meal as I am sure she is the next Mrs Elblein.
I went with my wife for Valentines dinner . Found the ambiance to be very cozy and unpretentious . Very pretty restaurant that will fool you from the outside .Food was phenomenal, from the meat and cheese platter to the short Rib and cocoa gnocchi.Dessert was off the hook. Celebrated Valentine's Day tonight and had the best dinner ever. The rustic decor was so cozy. The staff was amazing and attentive. My water glass was always full. The Lucy Goodie is my new favorite. Wish I could have taken one to go. Can't believe we live 5 minutes from here and tonight was our first time here. Definitely will make this a regular!!! Can't say enough good things about it.
We will return - amazing food, spot-on service, and smashed chocolate torte. Need I say more?
