The office staff are nice, Dr. Kirsten is amazing!!!!! Yes, the wait is usually long.... However, the only reason I gave a one-star rating is because of the office personnel over the phone is in Kingman. The person who answers the phones name is Susan. My mother is a patient of Dr. Kirsten's and she loves him as her pain doctor. However, the office somehow messed up billing for copays. This golden one star review is for the billing department and office personnel named Susan from the Kingman office who has the nastiest customer service I've ever experienced. She should really look into telemarketing from Iran she would capitalize on her attitude, rudest person ever! Poor Dr. Kirsten and the local office staff, I feel terrible for their reputation being dragged through the mud by the hand of Susan.

This place is aweful. They triple book the appointments. You wait sometimes 3 hours to see the Dr. For less than a minute. Dr shows up sometimes an hour or more after the 1st appointment of the day. And they know they can do what they want and take as much time as they want because he's the only pain specialist around and you by law have to see him to get pain meds.
