Our experience with Vercetti has been difficult from the beginning. We completed the first phase of our subcontracted work (tree removal and haul-off) and submitted a pay application for $7,400 in December. To date, we have not received a payment date or any confirmation of when funds will actually be released. Communication has been inconsistent. My experience with Vercetti has been very disappointing. We completed our scope of work and are still waiting on a $7,400 payment that has not been resolved. Communication regarding the outstanding balance has been slow and unclear, and the issue has gone on longer than expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at this time.
They still owe us money as their subcontractor. They ignore calls and emails.
