Since management changed so have these apartments and for the worse! The pool has been like this for a month in the middle of summer you call and they say they have nobody to clean it! What do we pay for amenities if the pool looks like a lake! Dirty
My experience with the Verano Apartments is very bad. I came to their office to find one bedroom apartment 3 weeks ago. They told me that they didn't have one available immediately but they promised me to give one after one week. And they showed me one apartment with furniture and they promised me that mine will be exactly the same. In addition, they told me that they first month will be free. Final UPDATE- I have lived in five different apartment communities, and this is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The only place I would rank lower was an apartment that had a severe rat infestation. After living at Verano for nearly two years, I can confidently say that I would not recommend anyone live here. My biggest issue is that management does not seem to care about residents’ well-being. If your rent is paid, you may receive decent service, but it often feels forced.
