The waiting room here is very spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

My visit to Dr Verani was horrible. Horrible staff (they obviously didn't want to be working there), horrible attitudes from everyone including the nurse/ receptionist. I inquired who my nurse's supervisor was so that I could make a complaint and was refused access to the person, his/her name and contact information.
