Many of the reviews here are from 6 to 8 years ago, so I wanted to share a more current perspective. I’ve lived in this community for the past five years, since buying my condo in 2020. From what I understand, the property had some issues before I moved in, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The community is gated, with a private pool, dog park, and a central courtyard that brings everyone together. Stay at the Red Roof in 3 blocks away instead. At least they will fix a broken toilet handle immediately if it breaks, and not tell you on Friday they can't get a plumber till Monday. You are on your own here if something goes wrong. Mildew on the shower curtain and AC unit leaking all over the floor.
