Beautiful property Leasing & office staff sooo helpful
We have lived here for about 2 years now. The front staff is very helpful, the maintenance staff responds quickly and is very kind, and we are satisfied overall with our experience. In particular, Debra and Jennifer in the front office were very helpful when we had a difficult neighbor situation. Even though the situation went on for some time, they did their best to help resolve it. We appreciate their patience, availability, efficient communication, understanding, and their kindness.
The Verandas at Shavano are very welcoming! Floor plans are perfect for all needs. The staff is very professional and have your best interest at heart. Love the pool and dog park but most of all the community celebrations put on by the staff! Conveniently located to 1604 and minutes from downtown!
I love the staff here. The ladies here are so wonderful. If I could buy a place here I would. I sure miss this place. I'll definitely recommend this place to people. This place loves there people who live here.🥰
I love the huge Dog park and all the fun things the staff organize for the residents! Very nice looking as well with lots of amenities.
