Loved every moment I lived there! 3 years
My fiancé and I recently moved from this place because of increasing rent and fees. We figured the move out process would be costly because this complex is extremely money hungry. They will charge you for anything. We had proof that our carpet was cleaned but they still charged us as if it was not because we cleaned it ourselves. I can not understand why we would pay an expensive professional to clean a 700 sq ft apartment when we already have a carpet cleaner. That does not make sense to me. The Verandas at Mitylene is a very nice place to live. I, personally, would not consider it as "luxury living." There needs to be lighting on the "entrance signs," lighting throughout the entrance road and at the entrance gates. Also needed is, in my opinion, a "closed circuit TV system"at the gates and throughout the complex. Some (a few) of the units, in my opinion" are excessively noisy because of a cluster of AC units located just outside the window of the master bedrooms.
