RecommendedI’ve been here two years and I have to say it’s the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The Office Staff and Maintenance are all very helpful and maintenance is great about responding to any issues in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and it’s a safe community with a gated entrance. I love the fact that i was able to get an apartment with wood flooring in the den 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. They have a great selection of floor plans and the amenities are awesome.
they were always very prompt on anything needing repair and everyone on their staff was always so nice

The worst apartment we have ever lived in!! We have lived in a lot of different apartments due to moving for my husbands job. We were told the apartment would be cleaned, painted and carpets cleaned before we moved in. We moved in and the apartment reeks of smoke and we don't smoke!! It was not cleaned as there was some kind of sticky food left on the kitchen back splash, the outside of the microwave had food on it and the bottom draw on the oven was dirty. The Verandas at Mitylene blew us away! The staff is amazing and is always there with an answer to all our questions. The apartments are nice and cozy. Not to mention they fun things they do year round for the residents. Just yesterday they did a Cinco De Mayo taco pick up line. Even considering the times, the staff goes out of their way to keep everyone happy.
This place has treated my family and I so poorly, I feel harassed and embarrassed to have lived here. Every complaint I had wether it be something breaking or a noise complaint causing my daughter to not be able to sleep was never fixed. Even in these hard times where people are losing their jobs they still feel the need to scam people out of their money. I left this place in perfect condition and someone I am being charged hundreds of dollars. I do not wish this place on anyone...
I would highly recommend Verandas at Mitylene to anyone. Office staff is organized and handle any complaints / issues I bring to their attention in a prompt manner. The maintenance staff are top notch and very professional. Front staff keep residence informed and ALWAYS provide activities to bring the community together. I’ve been here a year now and just renewed my lease for another year because I’m so impressed. Again, I highly recommend!!
So far so good.. maintenance responds quickly, the office staff is lovely, the area is quiet and family as well as pet oriented.
