I was very excited to move into this community and had heard many positive things about Prometheus properties. The location is convenient, the floor plans are appealing, and the community itself has many attractive qualities, including proximity to schools and a family-friendly atmosphere. On the surface, The Holloway Apartments present very well, with modern finishes, clean layouts, and nicely marketed amenities. Brad in maintenance is super helpful and always pleasant to interact with. He makes living at Holloway super easy and seamless.
We’ve officially moved in about 2 weeks ago so I can leave another review (I’ve left one already but it was specially about maintenance Brad, whom is awesome). We had hiccups on our way in, but we’ve had hiccups everywhere we’ve ever moved. So what’s the difference here? It’s not how you start but how you finish. Moved in a few days ago and had some hiccups but Brad was quick to resolve all of our technical issues and made it as smooth as comfortable with all of them. We are very grateful for how friendly, personable and thorough he’s been in both his work and explaining issues with us. He’s been punctual and every thing he’s told us so far, he’s backed in the promised timeline. This is the kind of person you want on your team and side. Go Brad!
