@0400 this morning four black men with hoods and masks on walked through here hand checking every vehicle for open doors...... no security presence. we sure pay a lot to have our cars getting checked at night, security seems to be offsite during times that would be prudent or effective to have security around. they even made entry into a Silver Toyota Camery parked near the rear exit. I have visited this complex on two occasions the first time was unscheduled and got told as I walked in their office that I should go online to schedule a tour that they were not taking walk in’s. The individual seem uninterested in talking to me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked a scheduled tour the second time. Update! Since January 2025 we were blessed with an incredible office team that has went over and beyond to make this apartment complex a better living place. We finally got our renovated apartment with nice touches to it and overall the clean up in this area is 10/10. Susan has been a great help handling all of our issues and without a doubt and has managed to take care of everything! Now if only we can slow down on the prices of rent we all would be satisfied, lol but overall again is better, thank you Lauren Team and maint... read more
