I truly love living here! The property itself is beautiful, and our experience has been fantastic. A huge part of why we enjoy it so much is our resident coordinator, Willette. The way Willette Hart the event host has made my experience here at the Lauren memorable, I love the after hours community events, she’s the best I’m glad I was able to meet her .
We moved in just after the apartment complex changed to Lauren Apartments and got new management. We have had nothing but a good experience here. Everyone from the front office staff to the maintenance guys are very friendly and fast to help. There are only a few leasing agents in the office so it can sometimes be tricky getting a hold of them on the phone or in person if they are out showing units to future residents. Been a resident since 2021 and this is by far the best ownership we’ve had. The upgrades to amenities is top notch and the addition of the luxer lockers are awesome! Any issues get same day responses if not resolution.
I just moved here in march from washington. and it’s been so easy and smooth! management makes things happen! shout out to mark for helping get everything started! im very pleased with the new remodeling and how they take care of there residents!!
