This company is terrible, they are attempting to steal what little money my wife and I have. The owners of the property were given a large $2,500 deposit. Once we decided to move after two years of great tenancy we had a feeling this rip off company would try to find a way to keep our money. We wanted to make sure no one else had this issue. The staff at Verandah have been very responsible and professional. They have always responded to repairs in a timely fashion and presented cost-effective options. The monthly reports for income and expenses are easy to navigate and accurate. Their personnel are always available for questions. I would highly recommend Verandah for your property management needs.

They are fantastic to work with. Great at communication. When my tenant moved out they got the house ready to go for the next tenant and had new renters set up within a week. I feel completely at ease having them manage my property.

I have been renting through Verandah for almost 4 years and while they are not perfect and communication still needs improvement, they are still a really good property manager. Price is fair for the house considering the location and it has an enclosed pool. And any time maintenance is needed someone is generally scheduled the next day but 9 (unless weekends then Monday by 9) And work is usually completed by the end of the week depending on the severity of the issue. Maybe they are 5 stars for the owners of the properties, but they are 0 stars for the renters. Maintenance takes weeks to get anything done, even if it is a serious health hazard. We had sewage water coming into our showers for 2 weeks and they were so concerned with going through the home warranty, it wasn't until I was going to report the issue to the DOH that an emergency plumbing company finally came out.
Very responsible, professional and accountable. I am over 3000 miles away from my property, I can count on them with no worries.
