Makayla is a wonderful manager and has such a great personality! She does a wonderful job making sure everyone feels welcomed when they walk through the door. Ashley does an exceptional job of creating different monthly activities for the residents. We are so thankful for their dedicated work to the community. We hope they will stay for a long while!
Makayla is a wonderful manager , she just joined us here at Veranda Vista and what a difference she has made for the apartment complex. She has a go getter done attitude . Anytime she sees someone walk through the lobby she has a friendly smile and waves. We are so thankful she has joined the Veranda Vista family.
I won't go into great detail here other than to simply say DO NOT rent from TLC—ever, never, ever. It is a behemoth property management company with the attitude, "We screw you, you don't screw us." and we have the best attorneys to prove it. The maintenance crew couldn't fix crap, and the management staff was a bunch of twenty-somethings with some of the worst attitudes I've ever seen. Very condescending and snotty. Abby is so helpful. The other tenants are very kind and it is very handicapped accessible which is important for me since I need a wheelchair. Very glad I moved here!
