I paid for a $150 gift card for services that Veranda offered at the time of purchase but no longer did as of a few weeks after due to a short staff. The service is STILL posted on the website. Working in retail I know how "no returns" on gift cards work but I was given the "sorry about that" routine with no attempts to find a solution for a customer who already paid. They sold us a gift card for the amount of $150 for a couples massage in November 2016. They didn't tell us that they haven't had two massage therapists on staff since September 2016. They told us in November that they could do the couples massage and their website advertises it. We called to book the massage and they said that they don't have the staff to do it and refused to refund the gift card amount. I had a Swedish massage with Lisa yesterday. She is absolutely amazing. I feel so much better today than I have in a while. I would also like to say that all the staff that I have dealt with there are so nice and helpful.

I went in for a massage. And Mrs Lisa told me that it had been taken care of. I am not sure who did this, but to that person....thank you, from the bottom of my heart. The massage was wonderful, so was the experience. It was perfect. Thank you for helping me relax❤
