As a former resident, I never had any issue, not with maintenance, not with management, everything was always smooth, my roommates were amazing and I still talk to them after 2 years of moving out, The Rio was by best option coming from another country and not having many options to get approved for an apartment, they'll help you getting approved, they have different options for every scenario. I never had an issue that they weren't able to resolve. In other words my experience was incredible.
Absolutely the worst living situation imaginable. Any 5 star review is from a staff member. The management is ridiculous and made life a living hell. They are by far the greediest apartments ever they'll charge you fees for anything, and wont work with you even after countless times explaining you're going through financial troubles. The management doesnt give a crap about you they care about the money and thats it. If they could charge a fee for breathing they would. They lied about thier contracts, do not trust employees information. They trick you into filling out your contract, careful!
