DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have the worst power outages and not for a couple hours. It’s like 10+ hours and they do not offer any rent incentive for the inconvenience of the power outage. Look somewhere else. Update: 2 days without power and they graciously gave us 50$ off next month rent. It gets better. Ridiculous that it's mandatory you have to pay for mitigated risk insurance. That fee should only be applied to those who are at risk of not paying their rent. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
PARENTS BEWARE ESPECIALLY FOOTBALL PARENTS…DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO STAY HERE. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE AND WILL LIE. DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. POWER IS CONSTANTLY BEING TURNED OFF LEADING TO SPOILED FOOD AND SEVERAL NIGHTS/DAYS OF NO POWER. AND THE FEES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
this is the worse place i have ever moved in. i had so many issues with them, i think the worst situation was dealing with the bedbugs. frustrating management. plus, they get into your PRIVATE ROOM sometimes for “inspection.” they came in while i was asleep . i had frustrating roommates, too. the next time i’m evicted out of a place , whether i violate the lease or not , at least spell the word “entry” right on the letter
