I just love living here the resident events every month are fun and staff is great!
I miss living at The Rio so much! All of the staff were so nice and the events that they had when I lived there were so fun. Really thinking about moving back!!
My daughter has lived here for over 2 years. The property is well kept and the staff is great.
If you want to live in an apartment with no working dishwasher, a broken garbage disposal, and no heat they refuse to fix. This apartment is just for you! Edit: Our garbage disposal and dishwasher doesn’t work and they refuse to fix it.
Worst experience ever. Management is never courteous (except for the first appointment, when they want to get your business). Took forever to fix problems. Cockroach infestation, A/C busted frequently. After having my kids here for 6 years and being good site citizens (both of my kids who were going to college), when my youngest decided to withdraw from his studies and come back home, they imposed a collections balance on our credit bureaus.
