Since I started living here I’ve only had positive experiences. I’ve never had any issues with management or maintenance. Everyone is super nice and has consistently treated me with respect and care. I would definitely recommend The Rio to anyone looking for an apartment. Most of the bad reviews come from people who simply didn’t get what they wanted; in my experience, management is always helpful if you take the time to reach out to them. The Rio is a great place for anyone starting their adult life.
I just finished my lease here, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. ( even people state they don't) I’ll always be thankful they helped in a moment where I couldn't even afford to buy any food. I’ll forever be grateful for that Yes, the apartments are older and could use some updated appliances, but everything worked fine and the place was comfortable.
