By getting a NEW Property Manager. Maybe then the property would keep Maintaince Repair personel without being set-up with lies or quiting cause nobody can deal with her..! Then Maintaince wouldnt be asked why nobody stays there very long Or why things dont get fixed..!
They Never wanna fix anything. The lady's in the office are snoby . You pay way to much to live in something that's not worth it because when we moved in the carpet was not new and the vinyl floors was not new and had chip marks in the door ways. I wouldn't recommend anybody living there they make you think your getting a good deal when really they are ripping you off! In the summer the pool was never open and when it was it was so dirty!
This will be deleted I'm positive, but this place is disgusting and horrible. Go check out my Google review that can't be deleted. DONT RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE SCAMMING PEOPLE. Office manager is worth shit. Needs to be fired. Anyone who lives here call corporate that is the only way ANYTHING will get done. �

I absolutely love this place! It's quiet and the people here are wonderful! Nicole and Daisy always make you feel at home! My family and I couldn't have gotten any luckier finding Veranda at the Ridge!
Awesome grounds staff and quiet living. It's a great place to be.
