Most of what I have read is true,but much was left off. It was at one time a pleasure to be a place to call home,not any more. Voice concerns,and see hand hidden reprecusions. I was at one time happy at Veranda at Auburn Point. It's best I keep my opinion to myself. The GOOD staff that come soon disappear.
My mom lives at Veranda Auburn Pointe senior apartments and the living conditions are deplorable. The facility is roach infested, the entrance and exit security gate is consistently broken and my mom and daughter got stuck on the elevator trying to get to her 2nd floor apartment with grocery. They do not have onsite management therefore work orders for falling light fixtures in the kitchen and beeping smoke detectors and malfunctioning elevators go unnoticed for weeks.
