I can't Thank You Damus, Chad and Mike enough for your help. They went above and beyond for me and gave me the chance I needed to get the vehicle I have wanted for a long time. It's the little things and extras that get noticed 1st and mean the most. The rest of the team was also a pleasure to meet. At Veracity you are not just a number, your a person. I would have bought from them. Two vehicles. They told me there was absolutely no way for me to get approved. I was willing to do a minimal down payment. A week later I walked into a different dealership and bought two vehicles no issues and absolutely zero issues getting approved, with a even smaller down payment then I had prepared. The office personal is amazing however. But I find the lack of a willingness to work with me a tad disheartening.
