Update: 1/11/24 Called at 7:18a.m. to make appointment just to be redirect to main branch in Washington because Anchorage was not open (website says open Thursday at 7:00) peeps in Washington told me I'd be contacted. 1:45p.m. rolls around no one called so I called. Reception says he's not aware of appointment so another appointment was made for virtual at 6:00 p.m. with Phyllis Goodwin. She was less than helpful. She says, "I don't know what to tell ya but drink lots of fluids and rest". Even though I've been running temps ... read more
