I tried to schedule an appointment through Karlie today and was told no to call the main scheduling line. Disappointing the front desk can’t schedule me.
Friendly staff that always get me taken care of.
Made an appointment to talk to "doctor" Koshy about multiple things wich I clearly stated while making the appointment. She refused to talk about any thing other than one issue and just kept telling me I had to make more appointments to speak about any other issue, so while my arm was currently going numb she didn't even give me the chance to explain. I assume just to collect more insurance money.
