Had a telephone appointment with the new provider, i missed that one phone call by just a second and i called back right away but they did not answer anymore. Well now again i had a scheduled telephone appointment and theyre late more than10 mins but im still waiting and hoping theyd call coz it is a serious health matter. How is this fair ? If i complain i become the bad person? #October 2021
