I researched a number of Urologists in The OC. Dr Trofimenko had the best reviews, so I scheduled an appointment with her. Dr T is amazing, she listens to her patients, and she follows up very well. Thank you Dr T for your medical care, and for giving me more than one option for my treatment.
I highly recommend Dr. Vera Trofimenko. She is kind, respectful, and highly professional in her work. I had to undergo an operation to remove a cancerous lump on short notice, and Dr. Trofimenko was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation to post-operative care. Went in for a check up, and was supposed to get an ultrasound done, they had messed up on the certain kind I needed at least 3 times when I went to another location to get it done. another thing, they almost never pick up the phone. I had to leave a number of voice messages to get them to call back, I finally decided they were incompetent after they messed up the 3rd time and still didn’t answer the phone. Do not come here!
I had severe pelvic area pain for months and very depressed because I couldn't figure out what it was and Dr. Trofimenko diagnosed and treated me after just two visits and I am now pain free! She is amazing and I highly recommend her. I might still be suffering in agony if I hadn't discovered her. I am forever grateful!
