It was difficult to get her to address my concerns. I told her that I noticed when I used both the topical cream prescribed and the face wash that was recommended, my skin felt inflamed. She told me I was probably using water that was too hot. I did not feel like she was listening. I actually waited a whole year until my next visit to bring it up again and was more firm in my observations so she changed my prescription. Not helpful. Prescribed me an ointment, no biopsy done. Gave me a pamphlet on Skin Cancer and psoriasis. No follow-up. My issue is now worse and I'm seeking treatment elsewhere. I don't even think I saw a doctor there! Vera Smith was who saw me, and she was very dismissive to me
